Signage FAQs

  • Please call or email the Sales Agent or business displayed on the front of the signboard. They will then contact The Fotobase Group to schedule the sign removal.

  • DMost standard signboards will be installed within the Adelaide Metro zone in 24 hours. If the order is a large board, custom board, or installed outside of Adelaide Metro, a time frame will be discussed with the team and the client will be notified with a result.

  • For all custom overlay stickers, please contact print@fotobasegroup.com with your request. The design team will be able to create your overlay sticker for approval.

Photography / Videography FAQs

  • Turnaround time for photo delivery is close of business the following business day, i.e a Friday photo shoot will be delivered the following Monday no later than 5:00pm.

  • Turnaround time for floorplan drafting is close of business the following business day, i.e a Tuesday booking will have the floorplan delivered the following Wednesday no later than 5:00pm.

  • You will be charged a $82.50 (inc GST) cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule within 4 hours of the booking. E.g. if the booking is at 4:00pm, you must let us know no later than 12:00pm or you will incur a cancellation fee.

  • Budget videos are a traditional style that is suited to all properties. Featuring uplifting and inspiring music, these videos are clean and classy.

    Creative videos give our team the freedom to showcase their creative prowess in a unique, exciting, and modern style. High energy, funky music in sync with the latest in editing techniques will create something that is dynamic and high impact.

  • Our photographers are not able to enter a property if someone on-site currently has COVID-19, or is otherwise unwell. Please let us know before the time of the shoot if you require a cancellation due to COVID-19 quarantine/health reasons. Please read our COVID-19 Photoshoot precautions.
